serviced and maintained. If a breakdown occurs, the consequences for your
practice can be serious - particularly if you have no cover and cannot reach an
Engineer quickly. Our main aim is to ensure that a busy practice can run with
the minimum of disruption, by providing a service that means you will
experience less breakdowns, no matter how much you use your equipment. In
short, we aim to give you "peace of mind" !
All our team of Field Service Engineers are fully trained
to BTEC and City & Guilds standards. In addition, they are also given
regular refresher courses, ensuring that our customers receive unrivalled
quality and up-to-date service techniques.
Effective service cover will assist in extending the life
of high-use equipment, as parts subject to wear and tear will be replaced
routinely, before they cause undue pressure on the equipment's performance. All
replacement parts fitted by our Engineers are genuine manufacturers approved
spares, further ensuring the quality of our work.
We offer a flexible, rapid response - usually within 24
hours, or a maximum of 48 hours. We have a complete range of "Tailored Service
Contracts", designed to suit your needs and equipment, including a 24/7
customised service, if required.
But as well as Planned Maintenance Contracts, we also
offer Certification Services, Rapid Response Emergency Breakdown Cover and
HTM2010
/ 2030 Testing.
